MPs adopted about 200 legal acts throughout spring session

The Parliament has adopted 197 legislative acts throughout the 2018 spring session. These documents include 153 laws and 44 decisions. Throughout the session, the head of the state has refused to promulgate eight laws. Seven of them have been re-examined by the Parliament, and adopted by maintained vote, IPN reports.

A press release from the legislative body mentions that the previous session has covered five ordinary laws, and 148 organic laws, including three codes – the Administrative Code, the Audiovisual Media Services Code, and updates to the Civil Code.

The Parliamentary spring session has begun on February 8 and has ended on July 27. The MPs will return to work starting September 3, when the fall session commences.
