Communist lawmaker Zinaida Chistruga died this morning, September 12. The information was confirmed by Communist MP Oleg Reidman, who told reporters that Zinaida Chistruga was a good friend and colleague, IPN reports.
Zinaida Chistruga died from an incurable disease at the age of 58.
The lawmaker was born in Balti town. In 1991, she was adviser in the national committee of the construction workers trade union. In 1997, she became senior consultant in the staff of the President of Moldova, while from 2001 until 2009 she had served as director general of the Licensing Chamber. She entered Parliament in 2009.
