An airline announced that it transported medical equipment from Moldova to the Warsaw Modlin Airport for contributing to the fight against COVID-19. MP Alexandru Slusari, vice president of the Party “Dignity and Truth Platform”, asks for an official reaction from the Prime Minister and the Commission for Exceptional Situations, IPN reports.
“Moldova exported protective equipment to Poland at a time when we face an acute shortage of such equipment in our country and there is a large number of infected doctors and medical staffs? I still have a grain of hope that this is not true or this would be a crime against our national healthcare system,” the MP posted on Facebook.
The airline said the protective equipment will be distributed to hospitals and medical personnel in the Mazovia region of Poland.
