The Liberal-Democratic parliamentary group decided to exclude Valeriu Giletski from the group. In the April 14 sitting of Parliament, Lib-Dem Anghel Agache said that now the group has 11 members. The MP didn’t say the reasons for such a decision, but the press earlier reported that Valeriu Giletski voted for several parliamentary decisions with which the group disagreed, IPN reports.
Valeriu Giletski said in Parliament that he regrets the way in which the decision was taken, but accepts it. He apologized for his mistakes and noted that he forgives his colleagues for their mistakes too. He added that he will support all the good legislative initiatives that will be proposed by the Lib-Dems.
Earlier, seven members defected from the Liberal-Democratic parliamentary group to the parliamentary alliance and supported the vote for the Filip Government.
