The MP of the parliamentary group of ACUM Platform DA Alexandru Slusari requested the Prosecutor General’s Office to take legal action against deputy mayor of Chisinau Nistor Grozavu. He said the functionary in March – April 2018 committed serious violations when issuing permissive documents for building a residential complex at 1 Bogdan Voievod St, IPN reports.
The MP had discussions with people living nearby and these complained about inconveniences related to the new construction. Collecting facts on the issue, Alexandru Slusari said he ascertained that the building authorization and urbanism certificate were issued with violations. He requested the Technical Surveillance Agency to immediately carry out an inspection.
According to Alexandru Slusari, Nistor Grozavu wasn’t empowered to order the launch of construction works in the absence of a relevant decision by municipal councilors.
