People’s access to particular public places in Chisinau will be temporarily limited on Wednesday and Thursday in connection with the visit that will be paid by the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen to the Republic of Moldova, IPN reports.
The Chisinau City Hall said the restrictions will be imposed downtown and on the arteries that connect with the Chisinau International Airport. It will also be forbidden to hold mass events, as well as repair works on roads and networks in the perimeter of the streets where the official column will move.
Drivers are urged to comply with the requests of the traffic police.
The visit by the President of the European Commission to Moldova was planned for Thursday, October 10.
