A motorcyclist who was downed by a gust of wind on the Vulcanesti-Cahul-Taraclia road got under the wheels of a car and died. Taraclia police inspector Capt. Vladimir Slanina told Info-Prim Neo preliminary investigations showed that the car's driver was unable to avoid the collision, but further investigation was needed to establish all the circumstances. The motorcyclist was only 17 years old.
