Over 80 cultural activities will be carried out in the Transnistrian capital during the winter holidays, Info-Prim Neo's correspondent in Tiraspol reports. The activities will start on December 19. A meting of Santa Clauses and Snow Whites will be held in Tiraspol on December 26, for the third time. At a solemn ceremony, they will switch on the lights on the New Year Tree in Tiraspol, announced Dmitri Daradur, the head of the local culture department. He said that none of the socially unprotected groups of persons will be left out during the holidays. Entertainment programs will be organized in Suvorov Square of Octombrie quarter from 8.00 PM on December 31 until 4.00 AM on January 1.
