More than 42,000 Chisinau apartments have overdue heating bills. 64% of them have bills of over 5000 lei. Termocom urges all the consumers with overdue bills to pay them as soon as possible in order to begin the 2012-2013 heating season, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a Termocom press release, the overdue bills range from 1,000 to 7,000 lei per apartment. So far, 411 blocks of flats have fully paid the bills for consumed heat and 1580 blocks (60%) have paid 90%-99% of their bills. The payment rate is 80%-89% for another 424 blocks and below 80% for 183 apartment blocks. Termocom warns that the reliability of the 2012-2013 heating season depends on the level of payment for consumed heat. The utility calls all the managers of the housing fund and owners of apartments with overdue bills to pay them as soon as possible. The bills can be paid at the branches of commercial banks, at post offices, at electronic payment terminals and at the Termocom customer relations center at 6 Vladimirescu St.
