About 1,000 Ukrainian citizens voted in Chisinau and another 141 in Balti in Ukraine’s Supreme Rada Elections of October 26, IPN reports.
In Ukraine, the voter turnout was 40.42%. According to the results made public after counting half of the votes, the People’s Front of Arseniy Yatsenyuk polled 21.61% of the ballot, Petro Poroshenko’s Bloc – 21.45%, the Party “Samopomich” – 11.1%, the Opposition Bloc – 9.82%, the Radical Party – 7.32%, while the Party “Batkivshchyna” of former Prime Minister Iulia Timoshenko – 5.69%.
