The average mark to spare students studying on contracts in socio-humanitarian institutions will be reduced by 0.5 points, to 8.5. The decision was made on July 23 by the Government, Info-Prim Neo reports. The people working as trainers, masters or teachers in vocational schools will also be spared from their education charge, if they study in universities not attending. The Government thinks of exempting from taxes the disabled who study by non-attendance, on contract basis.
