According to the executive, the prevention and early detection of diseases, screening, counseling for giving up smoking, provision of contraceptives to young people from vulnerable and risk groups were added to the list of services provided by family doctors. Under the document, volunteer and non-paid blood donors will be recruited. Those who want will benefit from pre- and post-test counseling within the voluntary and confidential testing for HIV and viral hepatitis B, C, including pregnant women during the first and second halves of pregnancy.

The children younger than 12 will benefit from free dental treatment. The patients with malignant tumors will get free individual prostheses, except for dental prostheses. The assisted human reproduction services will also be free. The children younger than three with special needs/development disorders and their families will benefit from free early intervention services.

The goal of the document is to increase the access of medically insured persons to medical services covered by the mandatory health insurance system and to continuously improve the methods of providing medical services. As a result, the population will have access to medical services closer to the place of residence and will not need to go to health facilities in municipalities.
