Orphans from Chisinau, graduates of the 11th and 12th grades, participated in a school-year ending ceremony on Friday, traditionally organized by the City Hall. The youths got by 2,000 lei, mostly probably to be spent on the graduation party, Info-Prim Neo reports. Svetlana Chifa, the head of the Municipal Direction responsible for children, has said by organizing such en event the orphans feel they are important and are taken care of. They will be further helped by the municipality. Till they reach 23, they will get custodian subsidies and money for meals. Loreta Handrabura, the chair of the Municipal Council's Education Committee wished the youths to persevere, to be firm, to have power to work. Similar wishes were expressed by councilor Oleg Cernei. The youths were happy with such a ceremony, saying they appreciated the authorities' attention. Then they were invited to sing and dance by the Moldovan singer Anisoara Puica.
