After a three-day pause, the hovercraft customs post Molovata was reopened. The post was closed in the morning of January 11 following the formation of ice bridges over the Nistru, IPN reports.

Three days ago, the road section between the Albița customs post and the localities Huși and Iași was reopened to cars, minibuses and buses, but remains closed to heavy vehicles.

The Basarabeasca and Ceadîr – Lunga 2 customs posts were also reopened to buses after being closed to these on the Ukrainian side owing to the glazed frost that appeared on roads. The other customs posts work as usual and traffic there is not heavy.
