In less than a year, Moldtelecom managed to change the notion of television and assert itself on Moldova's television market as a favorite provider of high-quality digital services”, reads the press release.
Moldtelecom stressed that the rise in the number of IPTV service subscribers by 2.2 times was a remarkable growth rate for such a service. The company also remains the country's leading broadband Internet provider, with a number of users exceeding 220,000, including 83,400 in rural areas. .
Internet services, including Max DSL, Max Fiber and other broadband services, generate increasingly higher sales, with a 24.2% rise reported in H1 2011.
Moldtelecom attributes the growth to the expansion of its networks both in urban and rural areas, the improvement of its Internet services' quality and a personalized customer approach.
