The Congress of the Russian Community in Moldova and the Patriotic Part from the Transnistrian region have formed the “Together with Russia” Coalition, Info-Prim Neo reports. “The Patriotic Party is the only formation which seeks a stronger Russian influence in this area”, said the chairman of the congress, Valery Klimenko, who is also the president of the sociopolitical movement Ravnopravie (Equity) and a Chisinau city councilor. “The Together with Russia Coalition is open to all those who are Russians, not only by citizenship, but also in spirit”, declared Igor Ivanenko, the president of the Patriotic Party's board. The coalition soon intends to launch a series of far-reaching social projects. Among them, the distribution of textbooks of Russian grammar and literature and Russian history. The first consignment of textbooks has already been received and is ready to be distributed among 60 educational establishments in the Transnistrian region. The short-term goal of the coalition is to attract as many organizations from the region and outside of it as possible. The coalition has already members in the Crimean peninsula in Ukraine, Romania, and Bulgaria.
