The State Tax Service approved the list of large taxpayers for the next two years. Among the economic agents with a considerable contribution to the national public budget are Moldova’s Railway and a commercial bank, followed by a company specialized in clothing and footwear trade, IPN reports.
In fourth place on the list is a cheese factory based in Soroca, followed by a food supplier and a mobile network operator.
These taxpayers are socially important as they create jobs and support the national economy by fully honoring their tax obligations on time, said the State Tax Service.
The fiscal administration of economic agents, large taxpayers, is ensured by the Large Taxpayers Service Division of the State Tax Service.
