Ex-Premier Vlad Filat, who heads the Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM), said the Moldovans who hold biometric passports will be able to travel without visas in the EU before May 22. According to the decisions taken in Brussels, the liberalized visa regime will start to be applied by this date, IPN reports.

The leader of the PLDM added that July is a real point in time by which the Association Agreement can be signed and then ratified until the parliamentary elections.
