Moldovans to travel visa-free to Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Moldovan citizens can travel visa-free to Bosnia and Herzegovina from March 1 following the coming into force of the agreement on visa-free travel between the Government of Moldova and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was signed in Tirana on May 22, 2015, IPN reports.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova, the citizens of the two states are exempted from the obligation to hold a visa to enter, leave, cross or stay on the territory of the other state for a period of 90 days during 180 days of the first entrance.

However, the citizens cannot work on the territory of the other state. The requirements for obtaining visas to work, study, reunite with the family and to stay for a longer period of time will be regulated by the national legislation of the two countries.
