The minimum guaranteed salary in the real sector from May 1 will be 1 300 lei a month or 7.70 lei an hour. This is provided in a decision taken by the Government on Wednesday, Info-Prim Neo reports. The size of the minimum guaranteed salary in the real sector was discussed with the social dialogue partners. After the publication of this decision, the minimum guaranteed pay in the units with financial autonomy shouldn’t be lower than the minimum guaranteed salary in the real sector approved by the Government, regardless of the used salary system. Currently, the minimum guaranteed salary in the real sector is 1 100 lei. It was approved on March 9, 2010.
