Vitalie Vovc, a Moldovan citizen who settled in France, has told IPN that the Moldovans eligible to vote wait for about 40 minutes before they are able to vote at the polling place in Montreuil city.

According to the man, the voter turnout there is much higher than in the first round of voting and the people go to vote in the hope of a better future.

Vitalie Vovc said the Moldovans in Paris vote in a higher number. If the voter turnout remains high, there is a risk that the ballots will be used up by 6pm.
