Moldovans found dead in Russian town

The bodies of three Moldovan citizens were found in Vidnoie town in Moscow region, Russian media reports. The Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration confirmed the death of two persons. According to press reports, the three Moldovans together with another three Russians were found dead in a metal container in the evening of October 22. Preliminary investigations show the six persons died poisoned by carbon monoxide. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, the Foreign Ministry’s press service confirmed the death of two Moldovans, making reference to the information provided by the Moldovan Embassy in Moscow. The two citizens are Alexandr Liftiniuc, born in 1974 in Buzduganii de Sus village, Ungheni district, and Nicolai Cuspili, born in 1971 in Pietrosu village, Falesti district. According to the Foreign Ministry, the Embassy’s employees work with the Russian police to discover the true circumstances of the incident and carry out the procedures required in such cases.
