Moldovans arrested in Saint Petersburg for rape
The police in Russia’s Saint Petersburg arrested two citizens of Moldova on suspicion that they raped and robbed a local woman, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to the website of the Saint Petersburg General Investigation Division, the Moldovans are 25 and, respectively, 27. Late in May, they attacked a woman and raped her behind garages on Vasiliev Island. The victim was also deprived of 2,000 rubles (800 lei).
The suspects are investigated under arrest.
