By November 12, the Moldovans who are abroad can include themselves in the electoral registers over the Internet. They have only to access the webpage www.voteaza.md and fill out the registration form, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Central Election Commission. Afterward, on the basis of the own responsibility statement, the persons who will put their names in the electoral rolls will be removed temporarily (only for the November 28 early legislative elections) from the registers of voters compiled at their domicile in Moldova. The central electoral authority says the preliminary registration is not compulsory. The voters who, for different reasons, did not follow this procedure will anyway be able to exercise their right to vote.
