A 17-year-old Moldovan woman was found dead and full of blood inside a car parked near the Romanian city of Galati. The primary suspect is the woman's boyfriend, protv.ro reported. The suspect was unable to provide a consistent account and explain why he called for help hours after the estimated time of death. The couple came from Moldova last night and stopped at a parking facility on Galati's outskirts. The call to the emergency service 112 was made by a passer-by after he was asked for help by the boyfriend. The man claims that he had something to take care of and when he left his girlfriend was sleeping, but was dead on his return. The woman's face was covered in blood, she had the pants down and her legs on the dashboard. Investigators found that the couple was traveling on a car with Bulgarian plates and that both are Moldovan nationals. The police found it suspicious that the couple decided to spend the night at a parking lot, and that the boyfriend approached the passer-by at 4:00, while coroners established that the woman died many hours earlier. The investigators also speculate that the woman could have been killed elsewhere and then carried into the car. The body was transported to the Galati Morgue where it will undergo autopsy and toxicology tests to check the version of a drug overdose.
