Moldovan workers to enjoy social protection in Romania
The Parliament ratified the social security agreement between Moldova and Romania signed in Bucharest on April 24, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Family Valentina Buliga said this agreement is important as the Moldovans working in Romania did not enjoy social protection so far.
Each party will pay the part of the pension calculated according to the volume of services provided by the workers in each of the states.
The Communist parliamentary group voted against ratifying the agreement, arguing Romania did not sign the border treaty with Moldova.
