Anastasia Ceornopolc won three medals at the European U15 and U17 Championships taking place in Poland. Fighting for the U15 titles, she took the gold in 81 kg snatch, and the silver medals in clean&jerk and overall.

Competing in the U17 events, Alexandrina Ciubotaru finished in second place in the 64 kg category, clinching three silver medals.

Also in the U17, Daniel Călin Ciubotaru won the silver in snatch and the third place overall in the 89 kg category.

In the U15, Alexandr Baldji (67 kg) won silver in snatch and the third place overall, Gabriel Danilov (55 kg) silver in clean&jerk and third overall, and Alexandru Neagu (89 kg) bronze in clean&jerk.

Moldova was represented by10 athletes at the European U15 and U17 Championships.
