Sheriff Tiraspol found out its rival in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League. Moldova’s champion will play the first match away against Albania’s Teuta, IPN reports.
During the 2013-2014 season of the UEFA Europa League, Teuta played Dacia Chisinau and the Moldovan team qualified for the second round owing to the goal scored away.
A draw for the first qualifying round of the new interclub tournament UEFA Europa Conference League was held in Nyon. Petrocub will play away the first match against Sileks of North Macedonia, while Milsami Orhei and Sfîntul Gheorghe will meet at home Sarajevo of Bosnia and, respectively, Partizani of Albania on July 8 and July 15.
