Moldovan pugilists to compete in U-18 European Championships in Italy

A new edition of the EUBC Youth European Boxing Championships will be held in the Italian city of Rozeto during April 17-26, IPN reports.

Moldova will be represented by eight athletes at the competition: Dumitru Macaria (49 kg weight class), Danila Nicitenca (52 kg), Anton Nicitenca (56 kg), Victor Canapliov (60 kg), Constantin Ursu (64 kg), Nicolae Bucsa (69 kg), Andrei Chiriacov (75 kg) and Igor Radionov (+91 kg).

The squad is led by coaches Tudor Ciobanu and Anatolii Pica.
