Moldovan folk music on 10th anniversary of band “Noroc” in Estonia

The ethnofolkloric band “Noroc” of the Moldovan diaspora in Estonia has celebrated ten years of activity with Moldovan music and dances. The band promotes the Moldovan traditions, customs and culture, taking part in most of the cultural events organized by the Moldovan diaspora in Estonia, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Moldovan Embassy in Tallinn. The festivities included a broad artistic program with Moldovan folk music and a tasting of Moldovan wines and traditional dishes. The event was attended by the band’s friends – the dance group “Bucuria” based in Tallinn, the folkloric ensemble Marjamae, the folkloric ensemble of Loo, a troupe from Maardu, the band “Dacia” of the Moldovan diapora in Riga, Latvia, the troupe of the association “Lira”, and others. The ethnofolkloric band “Noroc” in Estonia was founded by Natalia Saar in 2001.
