Moldovan delegation to participate in Polish Economic Forum

A delegation from Moldova will participate in the XVII edition of the Economic Forum in Krynica, Poland, to take place on September 5-8. The delegation, headed by Minister of Economy & Trade Igor Dodon, will include government officials, representatives of the business community and civil society. The event will bring together more than 1,500 participants from Europe, U.S., Central Asia and Arabic countries. The sessions of the Forum will focus on macroeconomics, business, management, energy sector, international guarantees and policies, regional policies, society, science and culture, European Neighbourhood, and other issues. The Ministry of Economy & Trade and the Moldovan Export Promotion Organisation will conduct two events within the forum: Moldova’s economic panel and “Moldova’s Evening”. Igor Dodon will present at the economic panel details about the present economic reforms in the country, the investment climate, based on mutually advantageous opportunities to export goods to Eastern and Western Europe. The “Moldova’s Evening” event will display photographs by Moldovan authors, portraying the present-day Moldova. The guests of the event will have the opportunity to taste Moldovan wines.
