The program is open to active operators from the field of culture and creation – NGOs, public institutions, business entities with legal experience of at least two years. Private individuals are not eligible.

The cooperation projects of smaller scale can obtain an EU grant of at most €200,000, which is maximum 60% of the eligible budget. The grants for larger cooperation projects can be of at most €2 million, which is maximum 50% of the eligible budget.

The deadline for submitting European cooperation projects is November 23, 2016.
