Moldovan children with hearing impairments will bring “Joys and Luck” to Kiev

A group of children with hearing impairments from Moldova will present on Saturday, November 25, an artistic programme themed “Joys and Luck” as part of a concert organised in Kiev on the occasion of the International Day of Disabled Persons, marked each year on December 3. Info-Prim Neo learned from the Moldovan Association of the Deaf that a group of students from the residential school for children with hearing impairments based in Harbovat, Calarasi district, and from the specialised school no. 12 based in Chisinau, will perform a suite of folk dances, folk and popular songs in Romanian and Russian. The dance band of the children with hearing impairments has performed many concerts across Moldova, and last year featured in a show in the Romanian city of Craiova.
