Moldovan boarding school children get holidays in Italy

23 pupils of the Straseni, Carpineni and Chisinau no.3 boarding schools will spend their holidays in Italy, until August 27, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a press release of the Ministry of Education, the children’s trip is organized thanks to a cooperation agreement signed by Deputy Minister of Education Tatiana Potinga with the Italian organization PUER. The agreement stipulates free holidays and treatment for Moldovan children from families in poor social or health conditions. Groups of Moldovan children periodically go for recreation and treatment in Italy during the winter, Easter and summer holidays. According to the Deputy Minister, during this period Moldovan children will benefit of free assistance services offered by the Italian Republic to restore and improve their health. Trips to the sea and the mountains, excursions and advance diagnostics services will be provided for the children. They will spend their holidays in host families approved by the Department for Foreign Minors of the Italian Ministry of Social Solidarity.
