Moldovan authorities welcome the position adopted by the European Union, United States of America, OSCE regarding the implementation of the Joint Declaration of prime ministers of RM and Ukraine of 30 December 2005, according to the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.
According to it, MAEIE thanks for the given support by EU, USA and OSCE in order to support the efforts of Moldova in solving peacefully the Transnistrian conflict, as well as to re-establish the territorial integrity of the country. MAEIE noted the important role that EU Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine while monitoring the Joint Declaration of 30 December 2005 and development of an efficient and transparent border regime.
Moldovan foreign minister reiterates the joint actions of Moldova and Ukraine at the border are included in the context of the will of both states to use the European standards in all areas, deepening the joint aspirations to joint the European community.
The coordinated efforts of Moldovan and Ukrainian efforts aim to facilitate the activity of foreign commerce of businessmen of Transnistrian of Moldova, including it in the legal framework and the norms recognised at international level. These actions also exemplify the natural will of neighbour countries to contribute to regional stability, according to mentioned statement.
