Moldova will be represented at ICSID by DLA Piper
Moldova’s interests in the Franck Charles Arif versus Moldova case tried by the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) will be represented by DLA Piper. The Government Wednesday approved the decision to sign a contract for representation in the arbitration procedure with this company, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Minister of Justice Oleg Efrim aid that DLA Piper was selected by a governmental commission at a contest.
