The rain that fell last night in southern and partially central districts of Moldova was without hail. But the danger of hail will persist on July 31, press office of the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service Diana Turcan has told IPN.

Rain fell in the districts of Cimislia, Leova, Taraclia, Nisporeni, and the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia. Weather forecasters said rainstorm is possible in Chisinau today, July 31. Temperatures will remain high, at around 27 degrees Celsius.

Showers were forecast for the night of August 1. At the start of August, it will grow warmer again and the temperatures will rise to 33 degrees Celsius. There will be no substantial precipitation.
