A moderate, yellow-coded heat advisory is in effect from June 18 to 23 throughout Moldova, with temperatures expected to hit the +35 Celsius mark. Meteorologist Victoria Moiseicev told Info-Prim Neo that on some days temperatures could rise as high as to +36 degrees, in which case the State Weather Service will change the advisory's color to a more warning orange. On June 24 temperatures will drop slightly, to +28...+33 degrees Celsius, and thunderstorms are expected in parts of the country.
