The national U-19 football team of Moldova was demolished by England 0-4 in the first match of the first qualifying round of the 2019 UEFA European Championship, IPN reports.

The goals for the English team were scored by Gallagher (24th min.), Loader (65th), Saka (85th) and Sessegnon (90th+7). Moldova manager Oleg Fistican used the following players: Agachi, Gaiu, Revenko, Kirilenko, Gurulea, Osipov, Mămăligă, Shobraneskii (Pușcaș 61st), Obleac (Gheorghiu 61st), Bălan.

In the other match of the group, Iceland beat the host of the mini-tournament Turkey 2-1. On November 17, Moldova plays Turkey, while on November 20 Iceland.
