Moldova’s Consulate General in France’s Nice opens its doors to the public on May 3, following the obtaining of the last required authorizations from the French authorities, IPN reports, quoting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova.
According to Consul General Lilian Moraru, the consular office in Nice will provide services for the Moldovan communities in Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur, Occitanie, Nouvelle Aquitaine, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, Corse and will stimulate the Moldovan-French relations in the economy, culture and science.
All the consular services will be offered to Moldovan citizens as from May 3, except for the issuing of identification papers (identity cards and passports). These papers will be issued in the immediate period given that technical arrangements are needed.
