The Cabinet authorized the signing of a memorandum between the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, the Customs Service of the Ministry of Finance of Moldova and the State Customs Service of Ukraine on the interaction in forming and professionally developing customs staff, IPN reports.
The objective of the document is to establish and extend cooperation between education institutions of the GUAM member states that train staff for the customs bodies and to disseminate the experience in the field.
The memorandum is valid for an indefinite period of time and is to be signed in Kiev on December 12, as part of the Summit of GUAM Heads of Government.
