Moldova takes part in Munich Security Conference this year too

Three Moldovan ministers are participating in the 61st Munich Security Conference of February 14-16. The delegation is led by Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Popșoi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, IPN reports.

The delegation also includes Minister of Internal Affairs Daniella Misail-Nichitin and Minister of Defense Anatolie Nosatyi.

The agenda of the event includes topical issues, such as the impact of regional conflicts on international stability, cybersecurity, geopolitical developments and global challenges generated by climate change.

On the sidelines of the conference, the Moldovan officials will have a series of meetings with foreign ministers, counterparts, officials from various states and representatives of international organizations. The discussions will center on the strengthening of bilateral cooperation, enhancement of regional security and promotion of the European path of the Republic of Moldova.
