The national football team of Moldova slipped one more spot in the FIFA rankings. Moldova now ranks 181st, IPN reports.
The past month, the team trained by Roberto Bordin lost to Denmark 0-4 and to Israel 1-2 in the qualifying tournament of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Moldova has two more encounters this year: at home with Scotland on November 12 and away with Austria on November 15.
The FIFA rankings are topped by Belgium, followed by Basil and France. Italy, which became European champion in summer, climbed to the fourth spot.
