Moldova switches to wintertime this weekend
Moldova will switch to wintertime on the night of Sunday, October 26. At 3 A.M. clocks will be set back by one hour, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Under the proposal of the UN European Economic Commission, the EU member state switch to wintertime on the last Sunday of October in order to reduce energy consumption, coordinating traffic and radio programs.
Doctors say that the people get used to wintertime quicker than to summertime, usually during at most two weeks.
