Moldova switches to winter time on the night of October 30. The clocks will be set one hour back and 3:00am will become 2:00am, IPN reports.
Specialists say the change can affect the biorhythm of some of the persons. As a result, these become tired and nervous. The body needs time to adjust itself. The highly sensitive persons must avoid overtiredness and drinking alcohol and must not abuse food.
Almost 70 countries in Europe, including Moldova, switch to winter time by respecting the difference in the world time zones.
