During the winter holidays, the state enterprise Moldova Railways is supplementing the number of passenger cars on three most popular routes, IPN has learned from Irina Gisca, spokesperson of the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure.
On the route to Moscow, four cars have been added to each of the two or three daily trains. Two cars have been added to each of the trains on the routes to Saint Petersburg and to Ocnita.
The extended sets of cars will remain on tracks until January 10, or longer if the demand for tickets remains high.
