The national women’s football team of Moldova suffered the fourth consecutive defeat in the 2017 European Championship qualifying rounds. The squad trained by Alina Stetsenko was defeated by Poland 1-3, IPN reports.
Ludmila Andone scored the goal of honor in the last minute, this being the first success of Moldova in the current qualifying competition. Poland missed a penalty in the first half, but scored three goals in the second half.
