Moldova and Italy will mutually recognize the documents issued by the higher education establishments of the two countries. The Cabinet on November 8 approved the signing of an agreement to this effect, IPN reports.
Under the agreement, the master’s and bachelor’s diplomas will be recognized and equaled for the purpose of intensifying the exchange of specialists between the two states.
In the same meeting, the Cabinet approved the initiation of negotiations on the Moldovan-Belarusian agreement on the mutual recognition of university diplomas and certificates issued within training programs intended for adults.
According to the authorities, the signing of the agreements on the recognition of documents will help strengthen the relations of cooperation not only bilaterally, but also as part of different projects promoted by the European Union, the Council of Europe and other international and regional organizations.
