Via government decision, Daniela Morari has been appointed ambassador, namely the head of the mission of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union.

Daniela Morari has been working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for several years. She was deputy minister and currently holds the position of secretary of state at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has experience in establishing and developing bilateral and multilateral relations with external partners.

Prime Minister Maia Sandu expressed hope that the new ambassador will contribute to the strengthening of the relations between Moldova and the EU and to the implementation of European standards in the Republic of Moldova.
