The national football team of Moldova continues training at the base in Vadul lui Voda for the March 27 friendly match against Ivory Coast, IPN reports.

Moldova manager Alexandru Spiridon will see leading footballers Epureanu, Ionita and Gatcan on the field for the first time. “He is an experienced coach who had trained a very powerful team for any years. He obtained very good results with Shakhtar. I hope the national team will also achieve good results,” said captain Alexandru Epureanu.

The match against Ivory Coast is the fourth for Moldova with Spiridon as a coach. Earlier, Moldova lost to South Korea and Saudi Arabia and drew with Azerbaijan.
